Saturated Fats and Heart Diseases

Saturated fats in butter, meat, eggs, vegetable oils do not increase heart diseases as processed foods do. At least when they are heated they do not acquire trans fats. Statistics show that the increase in heart diseases is associated with use of processed foods and not saturated fats. It is the processing of fats and not their type that may predispose our hearts to disease.

The Diet Solution Program is a rocketing diet program that utilized this fact to recommend, that you include meals that contain saturated fats like butter, eggs, coconut oil, lean meat ....etc to lose weight.
